Safe Harbour Chartering, INC. (SHC)
Safe Harbour Chartering, Inc. and its associated companies, will be responsible
for CT Biodiesel’s feedstock supply strategy development and
execution. SHC’s founder and President Mr. Jim Weinberg has over
twenty five years of experience in logistics management including the international
trading of vegetable oils and animal fats. SHC is a tanker logistic company
that arranges international freight on behalf of the major vegetable oil,
tropical oil and base chemical principals; providing this service between
all international markets including North and South America, South East
Asia and Europe. Established in 1989 SHC controls over $45 million in freight
annually representing well over $1 billion in product value. SHC and Mr.
Jim Weinberg, maintain a longstanding and close relationship with the major
vegetable oil and yellow grease suppliers, which is anticipated to provide
a competitive advantage as a Northeastern biodiesel producer. These relationships
include membership in the primary vegetable oil and shipping industry associations.

Balance of Plant Engineering & Design
EDM Services, Pittsfield, MA
EDM is responsible for all balance of plant engineering & design (E&D)
work where EDM will work closely with and oversee the process engineering
team in order to maintain a seamless E&D process. EDM’s responsibilities
also include the overall design and layout of the plant and
the reviews and investigations required to bring the existing structures
to current building and fire codes. EDM is a fully integrated, multidisciplinary
architectural and engineering firm located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
Incorporated in 1988, EDM provides comprehensive management and technical
services in the areas of: architectural design, planning and programming,
as well as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and industrial engineering
and provides a wealth of regional contacts extending beyond the technical
sectors. Through EDM, CT Biodiesel has been able to quickly establish
relationships with the additional technical team members required to complete
the design and construction of the CT Biodiesel facilities.

Process Engineering & Design
R.C. Costello & Assoc., Inc. (“Costello”)
Costello is responsible for the process engineering & design requirements of the project with a specific emphasis on i) dry wash system, ii) improved catalyst system, iii) skid mounted process system construction, and iv) development of the facility process control systems design. Costello of Redondo Beach, California was founded in 1995 and provides engineering design and improvements for renewable energy plants, natural gas plants, biogas plants and refineries, with an emphasis on process intensification. The firm has 12 years experience in reaction engineering, distillation and process safety. The combined engineering experience of the team is over 200 years. Costello is the North American leader in the field of Process Intensification and has developed unique and proprietary waterless, catalyst and skid mounted systems for the biodiesel industry. Costello-designed systems also utilize the Shockwave Power Reactor.

E3 is a strategic business advisory firm that focuses on providing independent
assessments of a wide variety of projects for owners, lending institutions
and equity investors. CT Biodiesel engaged E3 to undertake a limited
technical review of the Shockwave Power Reactor technology to be

CT Biodiesel has engaged Barr & Barr as Construction Manager
(CM)
who will oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, under
a CM-At-Risk Guaranteed Maximum Price contract. Barr & Barr is a full-service
construction management firm operating eight full-service offices located
throughout the Northeast employing over 300 experienced construction professionals,
including fully staffed in-house preconstruction and MEP departments. The
company has been consistently recognized as one of the nation's Top 100

IMA Financial Group, Inc.
IMA has been engaged to focus on securing the overall insurance requirements
for the CTB project. Based in Wichita, KS, the company is the sixteenth
largest privately-held insurance broker in the U.S. with over 400 employees
in seven offices. The Biofuels Practice Group is working with more than
50 plants in the U.S.
